this is a nebulous multi multi faceted program that deals with money and prices and happiness and work ethic and need and care and pinning down the problem to solving one person’s problems is the key to solving this problem … systematically solve a single person’s problem in regards to this problem … solve the pharmaceutical industry’s problem first since they want the most money bribe them into coexistence with the population in general by promising them housing and transportation and food and home furnishings and insurances per individual and reduce their need to take from the system personally by providing for them individually and let their income go towards research related issues in the work place … i’m talking about squaring away the pharmaceutical industry what are their needs and how can you set them so that all they have to do is work? it’s a nascent idea i’m 45 years old that I have this much thought is amazing … squaring people away … squaring away a doctor and a pharmaceutical researcher and a patient acting as a fiscal referee on behalf of these people as a government … is a way out … set a goal for what you’re looking for you want patients to be able to go to a hospital in an emergency get treatment and get it paid for that’s what you want define what you want he’s not defining what he wants in this entire diatribe that he’s peddling throughout multiple channels … he’s never addressing the problem he’s always using empty rhetoric to speak but since you have the numbers define the final solutions and achieve them in way that is palatable but first define achievement objectives success milestones get there get to that point and and then discuss how to get there … you’re talking about a nebulous problem with no way to solve it or solutions being discussed so start discussing a solution instead of subjecting us to this problem statement that never ends i’m saying make a doctor happy pin down a doctor that you want to make happy and make them happy and amenable with the patients but error on the side of making the hospital happy and focus on the patients 2ndary because if the doctors are happy that means they’re getting paid and somehow the patients are affording it through insurance … redevelop insurance take television commercials off television for insurance reduce the expenditures of insurance to a bare minimum and only spend your money on what you’re insuring not television advertising everyday at every set of commercials quit subsidizing television and focus on insurance …get back ot 10,000 people paying into a medical insurance plan and then 100 people need to take a claim In a month and pay those claims get through the month insurance make your payments work with hospital that aren’t trying to get rich set the medical community aside and inform them their job is not to get rich start there deny the capitalistic empire to the medical community and purport that they are outside the capitalism system and then treat them like it medical welfare is good welfare and the hospital is subsidized and the referees are liberal in their understanding of what is necessary to solve a medical problem … it’d be nice if Bernie Sanders used his grown up language instead of his watered down television language for me to listen to this I can’t believe he gets paid for opinions like this … I have no business getting paid for an opinion like this but I went over it again … i’m working on bribing medical professionals for service what’s the least these people need to be given to get the most amount of work out of them … like medical professionals with school teacher salaries just not rich salaries but professionally equipped at work to handle any problem … it’s a thought I had … bribe the officials in the medical industry and get cheaper healthcare since they’re taken care of we’re taken care of
