what’s the author’s business plan starting off to flesh out the author’s business plan. the author’s business plan is the same as the game manufactureres business plan you stay at home and write while the town works and then when they get home from work when they finish work for the day they have something to read and that’s pretty much it. this is a book dedicated to business plans and why not start off with the leading business plan and the difficulties it arises people have to be cool with you doing that like someone has to pay you to do that so you have to do a lot of volunteer portfolio work leading up to that you have to turn a side job into your main job in a town or village or city so that you can be a source of reading material and trusted to do so because people need reading to stay sharp as they get older the reading is what provides the sharpness of intellect and the senses dull with age so offering to write for people is offering to keep them smart if such a thing is valued and this position could come simply from knowing how to type better than anyone if you’re the typist you’re the writer
this turned into a company building tool this book … if you’re a european university educated former athlete with some programming skills thats an expert at social media i need 8 of you so that my 45 year old employer self can work you into a rubric where we organize our documents and come into an incorporation and work to trade our book writing skills for shares of our company on the stock market … i want to organize a company for the only purpose of competing in business on the stock market … i’ve seen the paperwork it can be filled out it just needs the actual people involved to do it i live alone and have organized functions before but take this book as evidence of the kind of books we would write we’re value creators i the form of books so our sales can go to the share holder and we take our percentage cut we’re adopting share holders that need money they give us money up front for a copy of our stock and then we pay them dividends as gratis for the investment and we pay per stock a set dividend so the more stock they purchase the larger their dividend check is but no matter what we want to be so successful we turn a profit and can invest in our share holders and you should only be involved in this if you’re interested in what a stock market trading business would be like all i can figure out is that it’s based on quality of company so i’m naming some features that i think a quality person would possess that would make for a competitive company i guess you could have cooking skills too but you have to be up on social media or you have to write poetry i’m saying you have to be more than a warm body you have to identify a feature about yourself that is employable
Origins of Money is a book about business it’s the business of a writer helping you out if you can’t write a book yourself, my business is to sell this book in the process i may have stumbled upon one of your businesses. it’s a large collection of business plans developed and articulated such that this is a hard book to graduate from because you might find yourself doing these business plans yourself and forgetting to finish the book. This book is meant to be read straight through as its only business. It starts off with some discussion about business and how it’s really intelligence keeping busy and goes on to discuss with you a large set of business plans that if you carry out will generate you a profit each individually. You need to read the entire book so that you are programmed with excellent examples of how to think about business, you want to know how to develop your own business plans so that you can go from sitting there watching television to being on the computer programming your world that gives you the ability to survive better on it. You want to read this book and look at your computer like it’s a way out. Do not drop out of this book.

basic theory of making money has to do with you can do something inexpensive all things considered a lot of times or you can do something expensive all things considered a couple times but your basic principle is the same you can collect a lot of small amounts of money like selling tickets to make money or you can sell cars and make a lot of money on the few sales you make a month what goes into a concert is different than what goes into a car but when you take into consideration the arena for the concert the manufacturing of the instruments the time spent rehearsing for the show the entertainment value you find yourself realizing that both are valid vehicles for doing business doing a little bit of business often or doing a lot of business a couple times both are standard metrics for looking at how to do business that can structure your thoughts differently in terms of scope of thought and style of business thinking
You need to understand that the internet is part of nature now so we need an internet part of nature business environment. It needs to be blended in and we’ll make our money with your $100 a month dues to the creative hive mind of the internet in the form of our internet bills. We have an internet that puts an image you designed in one place somewhere else. You can design an image where you are and project that image to another location. It’s the phone for images the phone will let you make a sound somewhere and the sound is made somewhere else the internet takes images and transmits them precisely where you want them to be and puts them in places where people can see them.
I’m selling this book. I don’t have many resources but I am using the resources that I do have intelligently. Amazon offers Kindle Direct Publishing and I wanted to write a book for KDP so that I could be in the publishing world with an honest offer. KDP is precisely how publishing should be. Print on demand is a bonus. You have an idea for a book you write the book you publish the book and then you promote the book. It’s a small thing. I don’t even know what the cachet is with a major printing house I don’t know they need to tell me. I know I can write at length and work on developing a syntax structure and a narrative arc that puts me in position to capture the imagination and at the same time inspire people that read my work. I can explore ideas with this option and this is a lot of work these business plans here are clever but I personally prefer writing a book and selling a book. That’s the business i am in. I am here to write for you and to inspire you because you might not be a writer and as such you need non writing business plans to follow and I can take my back ground in research and development and proctor for you ideas that you can be inspired by you may have a different environment than I do you may be in the country and as such your tools and your world are different than mine so you would need to understand the underlying principles of these business ideas which are typically put your environment to use like think of the internet and think of how it’s not being used and do that do what’s not being done within reason.
Kathy Lawson’s business school was my mom’s school. For 20 years I would ask her questions about business and ask her if I should do an idea and she would typically say no. She thought a lot of my ideas were troublesome and so I never did them. She thought advertising benches was a good idea. She thought writing a book was a good idea. For the most part if I can recollect she thought that ideas that had a positive profit model were a good idea. She always treated the school like she was a parent disciplining her child and I learned the discipline that leads to this collection of ideas here. I think she would have a problem with some of these but I think she would approve of most of them. She would have a problem with an idea that required spending too much money up front like thats not the point. She wanted to a go kart track when she was my age that was what they were going to do and 40 years later here I am just extolling business ideas at length because I’m filled with inspiration and i should share.
Origins of Money is just bar room bullshitting it’s ha ha conversation it’s what you talk about while you’re waiting for your beer with the guy sitting next to you. Like what do you think about this idea? Here’s what I’m working with what do you think give me your honest opinion? That’s what Origins of Money is just a series of bar room consultations that lead to making money like napkin plans like selling files a fleshed out version of selling files takes up 3 pages because it’s such a small idea it needs exposition to explain it. You hit a guy up at the bar with it i’m thinking of selling files, what do you mean? well if i had a server that hosted files i could be a gui on top of that that facilitated the selling of files … cool … i know right … that’s the idea … you the one … i know right i keep getting these ideas i’m sorry man you don’t have to care … i really don’t … i know it’s just something i’m working on back at the crib … oh you don’t live with your folks? … naw i got my own place i’m on SSDI though so i’m poor but i’m thinking i can think my way out of this … probably not but the idea of selling files is cool … work on your pitch and you can achieve glory too your pitch is all you have at first and every business starts off with a pitch something you think of while you’re laying in bed staring at the ceiling something that gets you out of bed and onto your computer typing out your idea that’s the pitch thats the nut of an idea that you start with
Each of these business plans has been a work of pure inspiration individually each of these plans could serve as a model for an entire business work up including marketing and business strategy but they’re currently just nuts just ideas that float in the air like barroom bullshit you can pick them apart each one might not be for you but each one is worthy of mention at a bar over beers in terms of what I’m going to do I’m going to do each of these business items you can tell I’ll pitch each of these plans that’s what this is a major pitch in terms of business planning it’s a pitch to the public like do you want to sell files do you want a mooc in the movie theatre do you want these things? it’s publishing at length the idea that this is where it starts you want to know how to make billion dollars come up with a billion dollar pitch.
You could also take note of the legal status of each of these business plans. Each a perfectly legal set of operations that if you are inspired by will lead you down the path to profits and at the same time will keep you in line with the law. You can make legal money like so many people do it’s the only way to make money that’s lasting. The Epstein Files and your local drug dealer and your local bookie that operates outside of the law each has a finite amount of time to operate before they get pinched by the law. You get this checked out by your local law enforcement you’ll find no problems there and you’ll find nothing wrong with any of these business plans this is pure legal inspiration.

Concept :
the concept is to put a sign on a bridge that advertises a website that sells media from hamilton county and only hamilton county as a fundraiser for a bridge that has yet to be built
Sign :
the sign is a typical SDMM state of ohio sign that will hang above cars on the brent spence bridge that is straight forward to do, you put in an order and it’s done
Website :
The website is an ecommerce website that accepts all four major credit cards and it sells anything that is a file. In your account you have a list of the files you uploaded and the prices you set for the files and it’s a website that sells files similar to how kindle sells e books this website locks away a file until payment is rendered and then transfers the file … you can sell audio , video , books , essays , data files , photographs , applications it’s a full featured file transfer system coupled with an e commerce solution
Unique Quality :
what is unique about this website that would require some creative coding and some discussion is that you have to travel to downtown city hall lets say to fill out government documents proving you live in hamilton county and then you are given credentials for a fee that get you access to the website it’s a municipal work and the intention to keep it to hamilton county opens up the venue to licensing the software to other counties in the state and other states to keep the scenes small and local and vibrant and scenes you want to keep it local because it becomes a mess if you open this up to the entire world which you can do quite easily … you have to decide to keep it local which provides more traffic and revenue for local people which is the goal and to get a bridge in the process with a city backing it and if you keep it to hamilton county OUR books and OUR music and OUR films get seen by OUR people and that’s powerful and novel and unique and a good solution the problem solution concept of needing to register your account with the city of cincinnati presents a unique feature to the entire concept of web design where you want your website to have a municipal component to it to engage a level of authority and clarity of use of the website not typically seen in a website and it serves as a base level quality control

Pricing for the website would be once you pay to have your license to upload to your account you can upload any file you want that you originally created yourself as the account holder and then the account holder can set any price for their media they want and when a consumer steps to the website and buys X number of files the creators of those files get 100% of the price for the file but the city takes a tax of X amount on top of the sales price of the files and it’s this set price of accounting that the city gets for every transaction that goes towards the fundraising for a bridge and anyone in the world can purchase media from our website but only hamilton country can upload to the site and you can license the software to other counties to be put to use for a licensing fee which if you think about it there are X^2 number of counties that would want this software i would imagine as creativity is as common as grass and everyone wants this solution in their backyard doing fundraising work for the municipality it’s just that good of an idea and if it’s not a perfect idea yet with some negotiation it could be but i stress make certain your artists get 100% of their media file sales and stick to a fixed sales tax to have the most throbbing reaction and stand alone nature and leading nature in the field of music sales currently add a tax on don’t take a percentage of sales give the artist 100% and stick to this to really engage your creative scene populated by a grass like common man that would be involved in a fundraising effort
Conclusion :
This would be my first Chief Executive Officer work in that I am outlining a game plan and presenting it to a city that then has to do something according to a plan i laid out and there may be some interest in how i laid this out explicitly but it’s a solid fund raising idea and the entire concept is predicated on the need for a software engineer to code this and then it has to be hosted and then the sign has to be made and put on a bridge and then we have a platform that should stand the test of time and then funny enough Tricia Macke can accost the artists on the website with her tongue in her cheek because she knows they’re all in hamilton county and she knows everyone knows her in hamilton county and our rock star reporters can rock out promoting it a little bit and they can sell media files themselves on it like B Roll that could be used for local films it could be fun is my final thought i thought of this idea initially when amy mcgrath stated that the brent spence bridge was the worst bridge in the nation and because she said that i thought to myself well that’s an e commerce site of fundraising and then i spent 4 months hemming and hawing over what the website should be and now i am publishing

This concept gets even spicier when Kroger sells their 3D Assets on this platform and people can get used to buying selling and trading Characters and Film Sets and Objects for 3d Animation that can be used similar to the Pokemon Trading Card business if people bought and sold and traded animation elements.

If a college would get into the habit of collecting school papers and scanning them in and putting them up for sale

this is the most controversial idea in this book the idea that you would take school papers and turn value of them they currently have no value there is no value to a school paper but the immediate political uprising that occurs when you got to decide to turn school paper into reading content the sucking sound for money is so great it never happens high school can’t make extra money selling school papers because the parents suck for money and colleges can’t do it because students create the sucking sound for money so we collectively do not get school papers to read for fun and pleasure because of a sucking sound of needing money where no money was found to begin with someone can use that resource and put it to work for people but it would take a federal law dictating the final rules on publishing school papers or else it will never happen and it’s a bigger website than facebook it’s like the original facebook website but mark zuckerberg dropped out of school before this could happen i’ve known about this for 25 years it’s the leading controversial website and those school papers only get written once if there was an archive of the school papers for progeny sake it would make sense politics the discussion of who gets what immediately stops this idea from finding ground because you can make a billion dollars on a sufficiently large scale website but everyone wants their billion dollars and they wrote a school paper so fuck it i’m not getting anything other than published published why should i care it’s such a sad idea it’s the most winning one that belongs to whoever has the charisma that can charm the schools an the parents into publishing the papers
MOOC AT THE MOVIE THEATRE
this is the idea that sells the rest of the ideas this is a simple concept you slide a mooc in at the movie theatre you have this simple resource the internet you have this population that’s ignorant and you just slide a mooc in at a movie theatre and fix the problem the population doesn’t know about moocs much less which one to play so you pick a suitable mooc from coursera and then you play a lesson every other day monday wednesday and friday nights and you foster community and public relations and you don’t start a school you just start a heady networking hub where people can check out online education at the movie theatre and you’re going to rope people into $10 films 30 films deep to finish the course the reason to do this financially is because each lesson is it’s own trip to the theatre is it’s own tub of popcorn and soda purchase is it’s own ticket purchase or you sell $50 hall passes that give you access an entire courses show load i’m saying MOOCs in the theatre are a winning opportunity for flagging sales men and women from walks of life uncommonly attending the theatre would be in attendance it’s a plan and then you can have your local university back these classes and develop original classes for this theatre and you can get something going it’s an area of concern to not develop this we have the mooc media for the first time and the movie theatre is just sitting there so to combine them would be sublime

my idea is this blog and auditioning to work for a team but if you want something that you can take to the bank and make you a billion dollars with take the idea of the website that offloads administrative duties onto a work loaded hospital staff make it easy for a surgeon to order scalpels with a GUI so beautiful angels cry help him order gowns and help the janitorial staff order new equipment help a staff take care of itself without its administration so that costs come down 25% and health care becomes more affordable if a hospital was governed by the hospital staff that would be a complete hospital

this is a decent idea it’s speculative the idea of taking administration at a hospital and whittling it down to a piece of large language model software is compelling the thought that a hospital could save money by cutting back on administrative staff and putting administrative work in the hands of the hospital staff that needs the equipment that administrative duties would fall to doctors that need the equipment to save money and lower over all hospital costs that AI would find it’s way to hospitals administration and rote ordering duties would fall to nurses to handle as part of their new daily duties and the software could clue in doctors to things like hospital electric costs and hospital property taxes so that they could be paid as well by surgeons and doctors and nurses

choose a business and start doing social media public relations for them just start working one day just go from not working to working because you had this thought that you would identify a business and start directing traffic in it’s general direction that you would be your own advertising department and you would offer to promote a business and you track when you started and you track the changes you made since you started and they agree to hire you to continue promoting their restaurant because you already brought in results

this is noteworthy because you can work from anywhere online and produce results i mean to say you get a location in mind and then you track down local adherents and you promote the location with deals and advertisements and you can motivate a party at a location let people know who’s going to be there get a conversation started about a place and a special deal they have there and let people know about the restaurant or coffee shop or night club and just promote that’s what’s special about this you can just start working and get the job after you’ve had some success you can just work with this business plan and in doing this business plan you can experience the freedom that comes from the pleasure of being the man in that a restaurant was doing pretty well until you came along and now it’s doing 10% better and that’s because of you and your promotions you can get credit for your work from this business plan

this idea has to do with using META . AI and GROK and OpenAI developing cutting edge digital imaging in a studio setting and then from within that studio framing the prints and putting them up for sale in a gallery setting that is tied into an internet sales platform

this puts software to use the imagery from the platforms is so nice it’s worthy of being framed and shown at galleries not serious art galleries but play mating art galleries like restaurant run art galleries like art galleries where you want to see something pop that you can do too … it’s an every man art gallery and the images do look good but the ones that sell are the ones that show up
ONE HUNDRED CITIZENS A BOOK OF POETRY SOLD TO THE UNIVERSITY
this is a book where you ask 100 citizens to write a poem and then you compile it into a book that you sell the proceeds to good cause for like if everyone you approached wrote a poem in Cincinnati then the profits for the book for sale on kdp.com or fountain square press would go to the free store food bank or shelter house … it’s a fund raising idea otherwise why would anyone help you?

if you’re down to do some cold calls and some sales with your smart phone you can just up and get at it with this business plan you can be calling the police department, the fire department, the school board, the local dentist, you can call anyone that’s what makes it great you call 100 people and you pitch to get 1 poem from each person to put into your book you might have to be a teenager to accomplish this because teenagers can accomplish great business feats of community engagement and win awards for something like that this that quite frankly people would rather not hear from me in my 40’s but a teenager could put a book of poems together and sell it on kdp.com and put the account name in a non profit’s account and succeed in community organizing and get it right you’d have to open an account for this book but it’s a good idea none the less

this is an analog composite of the internet it’s a cork bulletin board that a community shows a lot of interest in that you put your flyers up on and your ads and your content and that would be the new part everyone gets a page on the bulletin board and the content aspect is new there’s never been content on the bulletin board before but the internet came and showed us a bulletin board can be important and we could learn from the internet and do our own

The idea that we could put the internet down and get the important part of it remaining is interesting. If we had a bulletin board in our town where people paid good money for their bulletin board ads and where people organized events and publicized them on the cork board it would be emulative of the internet it could be better than the internet in that it wouldn’t require as much attention but it would be just as important and then we could put social media down and gravitate towards a more reasonable lifestyle profile one that doesn’t involve social media so much i personally am on the internet most of the time and find that i’d like to spend time drawing but the physical urge to be online is so strong i thought of a bulletin board that would take the place of the internet and give me some rest i’m addicted to the internet or rather addicted to writing or producing or being seen or networking the things that i know to do are online so to replace the internet with a cork board would free up some time
COMPUTER LABORATORY NON PROFIT
if there was a Computer Graphic Center laboratory that was a non profit that was local the only problem with this is at the public television station I worked at people would fuck up the equipment this is difficult because the proles don’t care too much and would probably watch porn and misuse Facebook in public and might masturbate in their chair while people are using the computer this is a hard idea to generate but if you had low wall cubicles so people had privacy but couldn’t hide and you had better than average computers like computers no one would ever buy but you pay a premium to access to a tricked out Computer Graphics Center if you learned about software if there was a culture of learning software at this computer laboratory
CONTEXT
this is the idea of a computer laboratory for the public somewhere other than the respectable library a private computer laboratory for the public to use this is a good idea so long as people don’t abuse it you need network administration tools to make this idea work but if you had a high society in your city that was computing at home and wanted to compute in public this is an idea for those people if you can identify the people that already compute that already write and program and if you can identify them and they’re the people you want using a public computer laboratory the ones that won’t fuck it up and have a knowledge of computers the already computing people could have a nice thing not the people that are ignorant of computer right now like go get a computer and use it at home and develop a proficiency for it before you use this computer laboratory like you’d want to have interviews for this laboratory and a portfolio review before you let people use this lab it’s like building a company but you have to be like that because we are among animals
START A SOCK FIGHTING COMPETITION
sock fighting competition is easy to do you put a sock in a sock and now you have a combat tool it’s a low level dungeon and dragon tool but you can fuck someone up with it two people squared off with socks in socks faced off against each other can be explosive combat with spinning and hits and it’s fun as shit too

this is important because if you want to start a low talent everyone can play tournament sock fighting is great for office tournaments especially if it’s a young office you take something that everyone has which is socks and you align the sock in a sock mantra with regular competition and now you have something that you can work with you have the raw competitive nature of the sport and you have the lack of talent everyone has at it starting off and that breeds a low bar for participation you don’t have to try too hard to be good at it but some skill and some luck is at play and you can do a tournament or a league with this like samurai socks league would be something you could start people could just look for fights
