what does government do though? government is an intellectual institution whose purpose is to think for the American people 24/7 television news may have removed some of the work load from government but government has the final say they’re the professionals at it they think about the issues of the day like https://www.isidewith.com/ issues and they hold our definitive opinions as a people they are the essence of the American people pulled from the American people voted on by the American people and responsible for the American people their job is to think and think hard and long and verbosely on topics of great importance like health care and jobs and their job is to know better than an American citizen what’s best for American citizens and it’s a long standing tradition that this would be the case its how democracy works society chooses its most special specimens and puts them up for review and American citizens vote on which specimen they want representing them in congress and then these people go on to represent their communities and view for funding to pay for amenities in their communities and supplant jobs and provide healthcare with the money and that’s governments job in small part its not the whole part of government there’s still a judicial system and an executive branch but the legislative branch is pretty much this the executive branch is there to make certain the legislative branch has not fallen away from the American system by using a veto action and executive orders to get work done and the veto action strikes down bills Congress voted on and the judicial system oversees the executive branch and decides on if his methods are constitutional and within the law I don’t have the details of the entire system memorized but on a lark I did a history paper here and this is how it looks now without looking anything up … how am I doing here? from my perspective it looks like this is what you do and it’s a generational system if my generation wants to make changes to society it has to go through government too and as we age it gets more important and the same systems that we grew up with become the systems we take control of … i’m 45 years old 46 in a few weeks and I think government is a necessary tool while a subway sandwich artist is at work making sandwiches a congressman or woman is busy contemplating what they are going to do in their retirement or what their taxes are going to be to pay for their business license or what to do about the farmers that provide for the meat and vegetables for the sandwiches the bread the congressman thinks about all of this while the sandwich artist has an ideal working environment and everything is taken care of and they get a small percentage of what they take in because yes they are making the sandwiches they are in fact the ones doing the sandwich making work which is also the job the least number of people want because it’s the least important job in the food chain even though it is making the sandwiches like the farmer making the cheese has a harder job the sandwich artist is part of a business poem that is told time and time again and is part of a business equation that is memorialized in restaurants across the nation the SUBWAY SANDWICH POEM that sandwich artist is just there waiting to be replaced by a robot that equation is that old and government is the reason that such a thing can exist because they do the administrative work in the food industry that makes that happen that’s why congressmen are so old because you have to be old to have a handle on the economy and know how to look at it the right way you have to have studied and developed your senses and your arguments and you have to have worked in your community and you can say that’s not true but how many congressmen have the experience to stay in Congress? how many get elected show up and get the point and go home the people not like this is who
