if you looked at college admissions because everyone can’t go but if you observed family trees and if families presented representatives of their family to the college admissions board for approval to go to college on behalf of the SMITHS of CINCINNATI if families presented representatives of the family to go to college for the family or everyone can go to college but families disproportionately under represented in college get college passes to go to college? if a family has gone long enough without a college graduate a youth is just allowed to attend to put some college in that family somehow use ancestry dot com to address the admissions processes and make certain that our family tree has college graduates where necessary as nodes in the tree make certain our genealogical tree is sufficiently college educated it’s a different admissions policy but probably the same one just with the family tree added
