the right not to be murdered is unconstitutional too the right to avoid being stabbed is unconstitutional there are things that are unconstitutional that you just know to be true and the right to drinking water it’s a malpractice case if the water companies can’t provide clean drinking water then they go to prison for poisoning the townspeople clean drinking water isn’t a problem anywhere else in the USA so it’s not going to be a problem here they have a right to pursue happiness and the constitution provides that tand first of all lets quit quoting 250 year old documents it doesn’t matter if the constitution had anything to say about drinking water I had something to say about drinking water and I said you have a right to clean drinking water
