what can’t be solved with houses cars home furnishings and food? if the hospital is too expensive bribe them into lowering the cost of medication give them a menu of options for houses they can live in so as to control the narrative and offer nice houses to the doctors maybe not the mega mansion from lifestyles of the rich and famous but makes everyone jealous you have a home like that home and present these homes to the hospital construct a hospital projects where the hospital gets predefined housing units near the hospital where the doctor and nurses can live? ? ? how do we do this? how do we lower healthcare costs outside the box thinking? that’s my guess you give them what they want you give them a fat up front expenditure that’s static in nature and then you get 20 years of work from them because they signed a contract that is negotiable but you make it hard for them to get out of their contract when they want to move to a new city you let them know that this city is fine and that’s unacceptable and you treat them like valued personnel that they are you cater to their emotions you offer time off you offer time in administration you offer a new home but you keep them on staff
