usually an artists tools are cheap I should be able to go to a restaurant and ask for some Canvas and some oils and some brushes and in return i’ll give them 5 paintings they can sell that’s typically how it is when someone NEEDS to paint but I NEED a $3000 rig it’s a little different and then with that rig I can generate art and channel it into accounts like yours
